B. Theron Williams has a PhD in Organizational Development, MBA in Organizational Leadership and BS in Business Administration. Dr. Williams is Certified Professional Coach, Executive Management trained and a Licensed Life, Health and Fixed/Indexed Annuities agent. In addition, Dr. Williams is an educator, author, advisor and coach. He has worked with business owners, Mayors, council members, aldermen, city managers, law enforcement officers, clergy and community leaders to build better communities. He is a consecrated bishop and an ordained minister in the gospel kingdom of God.
