Initial Systems Portfolio
Each application is licensed according to the authorized use case, organization, user population, data profile, implementation requirements and level of support. A subscription grants defined use rights; it does not transfer ownership of Theron Global intellectual property.
Assignment · Placement · Development
A structured assessment and decision-support system for identifying leadership identity, motivation, abilities, competencies, readiness, alignment and placement risk.
Intake · Screening · Support Planning
A professional support-workflow system designed to organize intake, screening, case formulation, restoration planning, progress documentation, referral and responsible closure.

Patient-Generated Cardiovascular Intelligence
An enterprise information architecture that converts structured patient-generated observations into timely, documented intelligence for authorized clinical and organizational decision makers.
Proprietary Method → Operating Application
A disciplined design engagement for organizations that need to convert a proprietary method, service model, assessment, workflow or body of knowledge into an operating data application.
License Architecture
Pricing is issued from the approved scope because regulated data, user counts, implementation depth, reporting and institutional requirements materially change the license.
Recurring access to one selected application within the authorized organization, user population and approved use case.
A controlled implementation that establishes configuration, adoption, evidence, safeguards and conversion requirements.
An institution-specific annual license for broader populations, multiple departments, system integration or configured reporting.
A negotiated license for organizations requiring two or more Theron Global systems under one governed relationship.
These published structures establish the commercial starting point. Final scope, capacity, safeguards, implementation, integrations, support and price are fixed in the private contract issued through the Data Systems Apps portal.

Qualification to Activation
The public portal starts the request. The Response Desk qualifies the buyer and prepares the proposal. The Data Systems Apps portal alone holds the final contract sale, electronic acceptance, payment or invoice link and activation status.
Choose the application and acquisition pathway.
Define population, use, data, authority and timeline.
Resolve scope, safeguards, price and implementation requirements.
Complete authorized acceptance and the approved payment or invoice pathway.
Configure, train, validate and launch after required controls are complete.
License Qualification
Submit the intended organization, application, population and data profile. The Theron Global Response Desk will use this information to prepare the appropriate acquisition proposal. Qualified buyers receive the final contract through the Data Systems Apps portal.
Do not submit patient, client, employee, student or assessment records in this form. Regulated or personally identifiable data may enter a system only after an authorized production environment and governing agreements are in place.
All system names, frameworks, assessments, scoring logic, decision rules, workflows, interface logic, reports, implementation methods and reusable non-client-specific architecture remain protected intellectual property unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Client-specific data remains governed by the applicable client agreement.
